Skye at Holland Introduction
Holland Village has that special identity mix as being a neighbourhood that is both cosmopolitan and full of local character. Designated by the Urban Redevelopment Authority as an “identity node” for its distinctive urban village magnetism, Holland Village has a kind of charm that brings people from different cultures and backgrounds together.
A striking 2-tower, 40-storey silhouette is going to dominate the skyline in Holland Village soon. That’s Skye at Holland – UOL Group, CapitaLand, Singapore Land and Kheng Long Co’s bold statement in Singapore’s most eclectic neighborhood. With 666 residences spread across dual towers, this isn’t just another luxury development. It’s where modern residences meet Holland Village’s irreplaceable bohemian soul, and the numbers behind this project tell a compelling story.
Project Overview and Developer Credentials

Built on 133,343 square feet in prime District 10, and positioning itself at 2 and 6 Holland Village Way, it is built to be a part of the Holland V character and heritage. The 666 meticulously designed residences across 2 towers and over 40 storeys above Holland Village, Skye at Holland is going to be the district’s tallest residential tower.
Skye at Holland is situated in the Core Central Region (CCR). It is a joint project by a consortium of developers – UOL Group, CapitaLand, Singapore Land and Kheng Long Company, which brings about an excellent mix of experiences and know-how in residential and hospitality projects.

Prime Location and Accessibility

Eight minutes—that’s all it takes to walk from your front door to Holland Village MRT station, positioning you at the heart of Singapore’s most coveted connectivity network.
There’s direct access to Orchard Road’s premium shopping district, the CBD’s financial powerhouse, and the one-north innovation hub where tomorrow’s ventures take shape.
It’s also a short 15-min walk to Buona Vista MRT, where two major lines—Circle and East West—are within reach.
Direct access to eateries, amenities and retail shops is a major plus point here. The entire Holland Village community comprises not just the memorable shophouses that are full of character, but also One Holland Village Shopping Mall and Raffles Holland V Mall.
Besides the diverse food options (cafes, restaurants and bakeries), there are also local delights in Holland Village Market and Food Centre, Holland Drive Market and Food Centre and the famous coffeeshop at 40 Holland Drive.
Project Theme and Unique Features

The site of Skye at Holland is compact and emphasises on vertical prominence. The two 40-storey towers will mark the neighbourhood’s tallest buildings and sit on an irregular L-shaped site.
Residential units are lined up on both sides on each floor, with a linear access corridor in between. This makes a typical floor plate more efficient and being equitable to all residential units in terms of corridor circulation and exterior views.
Skye at Holland is banking on the idea of having a ‘sanctuary’, which affords a multitude of low-lying amenities distributed across the site. There’s an arrival plaza, a Clubhouse, a Pool Club, Wellness Retreat, Splash and Play, The Oasis (for chillouts) and even a (The) Hideaway (for quiet moments).

There are expansive unobstructed views for both towers. This is helped by locating residential starting from 20 metres above ground level. From the North-West to North-West, both towers are facing Good Class Bungalow Areas. On the East, houses are facing the Holland Village Shophouses. Towards the South to South-West are One Holland Village and HDB flats.
The general design language employs the use of brown perforated screens, rich brick textures, bronze accents and earthy tones to create a sophisticated visual impact that integrates well with the sanctuary facilities.
Competitive Pricing and Unit Variations
This is a CCR project, and there isn’t that many Holland Village condominiums around in the first place. Starting at S$2,598 per square foot, Skye at Holland is competitively priced — positioning itself below comparable Central Core Region developments.
Two-bedroom units start from S$1.51 million, with premium variants reaching S$1.76 million, and three-bedroom configurations at around S$2.4 million.
Unit flexibility empowers your investment decisions across five distinct layouts. Four-bedroom units with private lift access command S$3.34 million, while five-bedroom penthouses await pricing release.
There is a general consensus that the new launch prices are below market value and the prices are expected to rise and catch up with other comparable CCR condos.
Holland In High Demand?

When developers unveiled Skye at Holland’s sales gallery on 26 Sep 2025, it was buzzing — over 8,000 visitors flooded through in just three days. This wasn’t mere curiosity—it was the first major private residential launch in Holland Village since 2019, and buyers recognised the strategic opportunity.
At the time of writing, it is said that people are now submitting cheques for balloting in record pace. There is a ‘market scarcity’ effect and coupled with the competitive pricing on CCR terms, there’s a good chance that Skye at Holland will do very well on ballot day.
